I offer all-encompassing solutions for companies and individuals aiming to expand their operations from Japan to Singapore or vice versa. My services cater to both short-term and long-term requirements.

Additionally, I extend my assistance to students in various capacities. This includes offering guidance on higher education options and career paths, providing support for entrepreneurial endeavors in Japan or Singapore, and conducting informative lectures on the distinctions between the educational and business landscapes in both countries.

After graduating from Rikkyo University, I joined Tower Records Japan, where I gained valuable experience in the retail industry. Throughout my 19-year tenure at Tower Records, I held various positions, including manager of the Ikebukuro store and later assuming responsibility for inventory control across all stores at the head office. I also managed budgets for different departments and played a crucial role in preparing materials for the initial public offering (IPO). These experiences have given me a deep understanding of the intricacies of the retail sector.

In 2005, I relocated to Singapore with my family, driven by personal ties and the opportunities the country offered. Since then, I have worked for a women's shoe manufacturer and retailer, a general media company, and a Japanese training company, gaining exposure to diverse work environments and valuable professional connections.

Building upon these experiences, I founded my own company, Willing Hands, in 2010. As an external director for several companies in the restaurant industry, I have overseen various aspects of business operations, including human resources, accounting, public relations, sales promotion, workflow development, and negotiations for new property development. I have also taken charge of supporting a food factory, leading external sales initiatives, managing recruitment efforts, and coordinating property and equipment maintenance.

In addition, I offer a wide range of business support services for short- and medium-term projects. These services include preliminary lectures on starting a new business in Singapore, advice on asset management methods for wealthy Japanese individuals, market research, sales promotion planning, interpretation and coordination services for business meetings, selection of potential shop locations, coordination of media coverage, confirmation of shop contracts, recruitment arrangements, and more.

I have also been entrusted with overseeing the Japanese market for a local health and fitness equipment manufacturer, which presents an exciting challenge that I wholeheartedly embrace.

While I was once just a music enthusiast who lived by the motto "No Music No Life," my experiences in Singapore have introduced me to numerous individuals who have enriched my life and broadened my horizons.
